General Returns Policy 

*

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by TelephonesPlus.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging along with a Return Authorization number issued by TelephonesPlus, your return cannot be processed without an R.A. number. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Contact us via phone or email returns@telephonesplus.com to request a Return Authorization number prior to shipping your product to our Returns Center. 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any opened headset or telephone. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (20% restocking fee applies on all opened working merchandise) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing a new order.

Please note that it will take 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

 

Damaged Merchandise

We are not responsible for accidental damage to merchandise. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, disappearance, misplacement, reckless, abusive, willful or intentional conduct, or damage or loss caused during shipment between you and Telephones Plus. All items are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier (UPS at 1-800 PICKUPS, FEDEX at 1-800-GOFEDEX, or the US Postal Service) immediately. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US, but do contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.

International Orders

Outside of the United States, we ship to Canada and the United Kingdom only. All international orders will ship USPS, United States Postal Service. It is the responsibility of the customer to claim a value to their own customs service and pay any associated duties. TelephonesPlus.com is not responsible for taxes, duties, or brokerage fees on customers orders. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees on all orders. TelephonesPlus.com is NOT responsible for delivery delays caused by Customs. Orders can not be cancelled, refused or returned because of customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees. When Placing an order with TelephonesPlus.com, all international customers state that they are aware of  the customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees for all packages shipped to their country.
